TENOFOVIO
Indications: In combination with other antiretroviral agents for the treatment of HIV-1 infection.
Dosage: Adults : 500mg once daily. >50 : 300mg/ day, 30-49 : 500mg every 48 hours, 10-29 : 300mg twice a week.
Contraindications: Hypersensitivity.
Special precautions: Should not be used in combination with the fixed-dose combination product, since it is a component of that product.
Side effects: Pain, fever, abdominal pain, back pain, asthenia, nausea, dyspepsia, vomiting, musculoskeletal arthralgia, myalgia, insomnia, dizziness, anxiety, skin and appendages rash event.
