Changing product quantity in your shopping cart
When you have selected your item you can see your shopping cart items, quantity and total. You can change the quantity by entering the number of quantity you want. Then press 'Update' to change the quantity required.

THIOGUANINE:Acute leukemia’s, especially acute myelogenous leukemia & acute lymphoblast leukemia chronic granulocytic leukemia.
Dosage:100-200mg/sqm body surface area per day once or twice over a period of 50-20 days.
Contra-indications:Pregnancy, lactation prior resistance to drug.
Special Precautions:Thioguanine produce myelosupperssion when used in combination with other drugs producing myelosupperssiion, life threatening infections and bleeding have been observed as consequences of thioguanine induced granulocytopenia and thrombocytopenia. Hepatitis or biliary stasis
Side effects: Myelosupperssion, cytopenia hyperuriceamia, nausea, vomiting anorexia & stomatitis.
Drug Interactions: Complete cross-resistance between marcaptopukrine and thioguanine.
