Indications: Prevention of osteoporosis, Paget's disease.
Dosage: 35mg daily once a day should be taken 30minutes or more before first food of the day with 200ml of plain water (do not take with mineral water, orange juice, and dairy product). Do not lie down or at least 30 minutes after taking residronate.
Special precautions: Calcium and vitamin D supplements should be taken.
Side effects: Upset Stomach, flatulence, bloating, constipation, diarrhea, heartburn, bone or joint pain, leg cramps, acid reflux, Gl irritation, dizziness,
Ringing in the ears, headache, back pain.
