Side-effects: Menstrual irregularities pulmonary fibrosis, alopecia, bone marrow depression, haemolytic anaemia.
Drug Interactions: Potentates risk to renal dam-pretreatment with cyclophosphamide, antineoplastjc action potentiated by rednisone
