When you have selected your item you can see your shopping cart items, quantity and total. You can change the quantity by entering the number of quantity you want. Then press 'Update' to change the quantity required.

mycophenolate mofetil: It is hydorloysed to MPA which inhibits by B lymphocytes. It mat and antibody formaton by B lymooctes. It may inhibit recruitment of leucocytes and graft rejection.

Indications: Prophylaxis of organ rajrction in renal and cardiac transplatn cases.

Contra Indications: Hypersensitivity to the drug or any component of drug porduct; sensitivity ot polyorbate 80 (tweent)

Special Precaution: Monitoring of CBC should be done, administer cautiously in patients with active serious GI disease instruct patients with increased risk of skin cancer to limit sunlight exposure and use sunscreen It neutopenia develops during course of treatment, interrupt or reduce the dose and manage patient appropriately

Side effects : Diarrhoea, leukopenia sepsis vomiting predispostion ot certain infections e.g. CMV vairemia, TB, possible develpment of lymphma, GI heamorrhage.

Drug Interactions: Avoid simultaneous administration with antacid choeslyramine or agents which inhibit enterophepatic circulation, probenecid. increases plasma levels of mycophenolate may incrase phenytoin and theophylline levels by decreasing their protein binding. Aviod concomitant use of azathioprine.
