Indications: Acute leukemia. Malignant lymphoma.
Dosage: 50-200 i.e. body wt. daily or every alternate day by ivy. infusion
Contra-indications: Hypersensitivity.
Special Precautions: Anaphylaxis can occur. allergic reaction (being a foreign protein).
Pediatrics: Safe.
Pregnancy: Should not be used.
Lactation: Should not be used.
Elderly: Use with caution
Side effects: Liver damage, panceratitis & C.N.S symptoms (due to defective protein synthesis).
Drug Interactions: Incrusting and perdnisolone increase the toxicity, diminishes or abolishes the effect of tolerate on malignant cells.
