Changing product quantity in your shopping cart

Lomustine (Nitrosourceas) : It is highly and soluble alkylating agent with a wide range of antitumour activity. They cross blood brain barrier and are effective in meningeal leukemias a brain tumurs.
Indication : Meaninigeal leukemias, brain turmours, Hodgkin’s disease.
Dosage : 100-130mg/sqm body surface area single oral dose every 6 wks.
Contraindications : Pregnancy, lactation, Hypersensitivity.
Special Precautions : Renal impairment C.N.S. distrubances, Monitor blood counts.
Paediatrics: Not recommended in infants.
Pregnancy : Safety not established.
Lactation : Safety not established.
Elderly : Use with caution.
Side effect : Nausea, vomiting, seizures, Bone marrow depression is delayed tor 6 wks. Visceral fibrosis and renal damage.
Drug Interactions : Theophylline cause leucopania and thrombocylopenia.
