INDICATIONS : Treatment of osteoarthritis of knee and hip.
CONTRAINDICATIONS : Hypersensitivity Combine with laxatives.
SAFETY PROFILE : Not recommended in pregnancy, lactation and pediatric use . Initially it should be taken at night time for 15 days to one month, severe hepatic insufficiency.
ADVERSE EFFECTS : abdominal pain, discoloration of urine and mild to moderate diarrhoea.
DOSAGE : 50mg OD after dinner upto 28 days followed by 50mg BID.
