When you have selected your item you can see your shopping cart items, quantity and total. You can change the quantity by entering the number of quantity you want. Then press 'Update' to change the quantity required.

It is a thiazolidine diones derivative which improves the insulin efficacy on type II diabetes mellitus by decreasing resistance to it.

INDICATIONS: Type II diabetes mellitus as monotherapy or combination therapy.

CONTRAINDICATIONS: Known hypersensitivity.

SAFETY PROFILE: Diabetic ketoacidosis. Type I diabetes mellitus, hepatic and renal impairment, alcohol abuse resumption of ovulation in premenopausal anovulatory woman as such carries the risk of pregnancy.

ADVERSE EFFECTS: Weight gain, oedema, anaemia and hypercholesteraemia.

DRUG INTERACTIONS: Metformin & acarbose.

DOSAGE: 4-8 mg daily as single or divided doses.
