When you have selected your item you can see your shopping cart items, quantity and total. You can change the quantity by entering the number of quantity you want. Then press 'Update' to change the quantity required.

PSYLLIUM (plantago) & ISPAGULA: They contain natural colloidal mucilage which forms a gelatineous mass by absorbing water.
INDICATIONS: Constipation, irritable colon syndrome.
DOSAGE: 1-2 tsp in water, swallowed immediately 1-2 times daily with meals or milk.
CONTRA-INDICATIONS: Organic intestinal obstruction.
SPECIAL-PRECAUTIONS: It should not be swallowed dry as it may cause esophageal impaction.
