Contraindications: Severe Renal Dysfunction, Hypophospatemia.
Safety Profile: An Antacid Should Not Be Given 30 Minuts Before Or After Of Taking Sucralfate.
Adverse Effects: Constipation, Diarrhoea, Intching/ Rash, Nausea, Dry Mouth, Vertigo, Insomnia, Indigestion, Hypophosphatemia, Aluminium Toxicity, Headache.
Drug Interactions: Antacid, H2 Antogonist, Tetracyclines, Digoxin, Warfarin, Phenytoin.
Dosage: 1 Gm Four Times A Day For 4-8 Weeks.
