When you have selected your item you can see your shopping cart items, quantity and total. You can change the quantity by entering the number of quantity you want. Then press 'Update' to change the quantity required.

Dorzolamide is a topical carbonic anhydrase inhibitor. Inhibiton of carbonic anhydrase II in the cillary processes of the eye decrease aqueous humor secretion by slowing the formulation of bicarbonate ions with subsequent reduction in sodium and fluid transport, resulting in a reduction in intraocular pressure.

INDICATIONS: Elevated intraocular pressure in ocular hypertension, open angle glaucoma.

CONTRAINDICATIONS: Severe renal impairment, hypersensitivity.

SAFETY PROFILE: Hepatic impairment, systemic absorption following topical administration, H/o intraocular surgery.

ADVERSE EFFECTS: Ocular burning, stinging, blurred vision, conjunctivitis, eye lid inflammation.

DRUG INTERACTIONS: Similar to diuretics

DOSAGE: One drop thrice to affected eye (s). One drop twice daily when used as adjunctive therapy with an ophthalmic to blokers.
