Dose: ORT: Initially 0.05 mg 1-3 times daily reduces to maint. Level of 0.025mg daily. Cyclical admin. along with progestogen in last 10 days of therapy advisable. Amenorrhoea : 0.05 mg daily for 25 days with a progestogen from 16 to 25th day starting therapy following menstrual period if applicable. Male hyper sexuality: 0.05 mg daily.
