FAROPENEM: It is and roils penem/bets-lactam citify against both aerobic and anaerobic gram positive and gram negative bacteria.
Indications and Dosage: Administered orally. Lower respiratory tract infections, ENT infections, and genitor-urinary infections: 200mg tad can be increased to 300mg tad. Upper respiratory tract infections, skin and skin structure infections, and gynecological infection: 150mg tad can be increased to 200mg tad.

Geriatrics: Start with a dose of 150 mg
Side effects: Diarrhea, abdominal pain, loose bowel movement, nausea, and rash are the most frequent adverse effects.
Drug Interactions: Impanel, celestial, furosemide, sedum evaporate.
