INDICATIONS : Musculo skeletal disorders
CONTRAINDICATIONS: Narrow angle glaucoma, myasthenia gravis. Tardive dyskinesia. Prostatic hypertrophy.
SAFETY PROFILE : Renal or hepatic dysfunction, GI obstruction, Tachcardia urinary retention.
ADVERSE EFFECTS : Dizziness, restlessness, dry mouth, nausea, blurred vision.
DRUG INTERACTIONS: Anticholinergics, alcohol and other CNS depressants, Antagonises steroids, barbiturates and phenylbutazone, chlorpromazine, level. Hampers absorption of other drugs. Synergistic effect of levodopa.
DOSAGE : 50mg. three times daily. Max400mg daily increased gradually.
