Parecoxib
Parecoxib is a prodrug of valdecoxib. It act by inhibiting prostaglandin synthesis by blocking Cox-2.
INDICATIONS : Post operative pain.
CONTRAINDICATIONS: Hypersensitivity, ulcer disease or GI bleeding.
ADVERSE EFFECTS Renal impairment, congestive heart failure, bronchospasm.
DOSAGE : 400mg IM/IV.
