HUMAN ANTI-D IMMUNOGLOBULIN
Indications : Prevention of development of Anti-D antibodies in Rh negative mothers after chifd birth.
Conlra-indications: Rh-o(D) positive or D-u positive. Rh-o(D) negative or D-u negative patient previously sensitized to Rh-o(D) positive infant.
Dosage: Prophylaxis alter delivery, abortion, am-niocentesis: 250-300 meg i.m. within 72 hrs. Massive transplacental haemorrhage: 25 meg/ml of foetal erythorcytes.
Special Precautions: Patients with 1gA antibodies or a history of a typical reaction to blood or blood products. Concomitant admin, of live vaccines warm to body temperature before injecting. Store between
2-8 degree C
