of advanced breast cancer in post-menopausal women. Post menopausal
women with localized harmone receptur positive breast cancer.
CONTRAINDICATIONS:
Hypersensitivity, Pre menopausal women.
SAFETY PROFILE: Caution
required in patient with severe renal impairment, blood counts should
be monitored regularly.
ADVERSE EFFECTS: Nausea, vomiting, hot flushes
pruitus, vaginal bleeding, dizzness diarrhea.
DRUG INTERACTIONS:
None reported. DOSAGE: 2-5 mg OD.
