L VALERATEESTRODIOL TRNSDERMAL SYSTEM: Transdermal therapeutic system, containing estradiol releasing 0.025, 0.05 or 0.1 mg/day
Indications: Estrogen dificiency due to the menopause, Prevention of accleerated postmenopausal bone loss.
Dosage: Applicaton once every 3-4 days continusous or cyclic administration.
Contra Indications: Carcinoma of the breast or endometrium;endometriosis vaginal bleeding of unknow origin; severe livery damage;a history of aor active thrombophlebitis, thromboisi or thormboembolic disorders; hypersensitivity pregnancy and lactation.
Precaution: Hear failure hypertension disorders of renal or hepatic function, epilepsy migraine fibrocystic disease of the breasts, leiomyomas of the uterus diabetes faimly history of breast cancer.
Warnings: Endometrial hyperplasia & carcinoma
Adverse reaction: Skin irritation breast discomfort migraine generalized purities and exanthema thrombophlebitis.
